How do you sign the Agreement?
You have several options for signing the contract with us. The first and easiest method involves using Docusign, where the contract will be sent via email for electronic signatures. We promptly receive the completed contract once all title parties have signed. The second option is receiving a PDF, printing it, signing, and scanning it back to us. Alternatively, we can arrange an in-person meeting for a face-to-face signing. If preferred, we can also mail the contract for your signature and return, ensuring you choose the method most comfortable for you as the seller.
What happens after the Agreement is completed?
We begin our extensive due diligence process. This usually takes 1-2 weeks and depending on the property can be extremely easy to do. We usually need to do a few tests and have a few different contractors come out to the property, so you should not be alarmed if anyone comes there and we will notify you of visits.
How long does Closing usually take?
While our standard contract period is set at 30 days, we usually finalize transactions within a shorter timeframe, typically ranging from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period concludes, we promptly deposit the funds into escrow, expediting the closure of the properties as swiftly as possible.
How do we decide on our all Cash offers?
